TRIAD provides information on home safety, medical awareness, and fraud protection through a cooperative effort between law enforcement and senior citizen groups.  Other matters of mutual concern to senior citizens are also addressed by this program.

In Lancaster County, the TRIAD functions are addressed indirectly by the local Area Agency on Aging and other organizations.  The sheriff's office participates by offering guest speakers (crime prevention and related topics); conducting home security inspections; and with its KeepSafe program.
